One day we could be catering for in a function room for a company conference, another day we could be catering at a large rural outdoor event. We have an unrivalled range of hog roasting machines which are suitable for all type of environments, from sleek models which makes a great centre-piece for formal indoor events, to robust machines that are capable of being transported over uneven terrain and have the capacity to feed up to 300 people in one go.
